Borrow study equipment
In addition to literature, as a student you can also borrow lockers, whiteboard kits, portable chargers for cell phones and a resource room.
If you would like to borrow these items you must be listed as a student at University West.
Borrow
in the library information desk, you can borrow with the help of your library account:
- Portable chargers for cell phones
- A white board kit with four different coloured pens and eraser
- If you have a permit, you may also borrow our resource room.

- Dictaphones
- 360 degree camera + tripod
- Mini camera + tripod
- Sound studio / Pod studio
- Tripod for smartphone

- Smart screen
- Tools in our help desk such as a pair of scissors, pens and pencils and much more.
Loan periods
You can borrow most of our material during the day, which means that it must be returned no later than the library closes for the day.
For equipment where we have longer loan periods, e.g. dictaphones and cameras, you may loan the equipment for two weeks, and it is possible to extend the loan period twice (if no one is in line).
You can also queue up or reserve the equipment by searching for "diktafon" or "kamerautrustning" in the library search.
Material that are returned late has the same regulations for charges as our literature.
Use
The computers also have the same set of software that is available on all computers on campus, including; Office suite (Word, Power point, etc.), Adobe Reader, etc.
