Referencing with Endnote

Create your own database of literature references with EndNote and automatically create a reference list for your document.

With EndNote you can create your own database of literature references that you've saved from different databases or typed in on your own. From these references it's possible to automatically create literature references in a Word document, which in turn automatically creates a reference list.

On Staff Portal, you will find information on how to install EndNote on your computer. If the installation does not work, you can always email servicecenter@hv.se and ask for help to get the software installed.

Are you a student? Then you should use Zotero.

Tips and Advice

If you're missing a reference style you can download different reference styles / Output Styles at EndNote web. There you can find reference styles to several journals that aren't included in the original EndNote installation.
