Searching in the JUNO database
This is how you search the JUNO database and if you miss certain matches.
In JUNO (former Zeteo and Karnov) you can access laws, preparatory works, legislative commentaries and court cases. You can access JUNO through the library's database list.
Type in a keyword or a more detailed description of the case or law you want to read about and click search. Navigate through different heading levels in the margin. You can also choose to click your way in via the menu at the bottom of the page.
What you will find in JUNO
In JUNO there are some materials that are not included in University West's subscription. Below you can see parts of what is included. A closed padlock indicates in advance that the document is not reachable.
- Contains all Swedish laws and regulations. Contains comments on laws and regulations with reference to preparatory works, court cases and legal literature (e-books).
- Svensk Juristtidning from 1990- and Ny juridik from 1994-

How do I reach judgments from Tingsrätten and förvaltningsrätterna?
The best way to reach these decisions from lower courts is to contact the court in question. Then you can request the judgment via email free of charge.
