Try to be as specific as possible when reporting a problem. For example, if you can’t reach an article, send us information about the title, author, and pages, etc. That will make it easier for us to find a solution to the problem.
Can't LOG IN?
When you find an article in a database, click the button "Get from University West" to get the article in full text.
If you're working off-campus
When you are not on campus you need to log in with your username, for example "buba0001" and your password.
You might need to log in twice. This will happen if you are searching in the library’s search system and you click on the title instead of the button "Get from University West". First you are asked to log in with your Swedish personal identity number and PIN code, and then with your username and password as mentioned above.
If you are an international student, you have received a temporary Swedish personal ID number from International Office that will work as a Swedish personal ID number in the library search system while you are a student at University West.
