Do you have a loan?
From the 6th of April, we have regular borrowing dates again, which means you can borrow a book for 14 days and re-borrow it up to 16 times.
To review your loans, log in to your library account.
You can return books outside the library during university opening hours, or send them to us by mail to
461 86 Trollhättan
We only send books by mail to distance students. If you are registered as a campus student and at the moment are studying from home cannot get books sent home.
How to return books when the university is closed?
As a student or staff you can use your student/staff card and return the book in the return boxes outside the library entrance. If you belong to the public, you can return the books to the city library in Trollhättan and we will collect them there for you.
Do you need to borrow?
You will find a lot of material on the library's website that can help you progress on your own with your information search and your academic writing.
You can also get guidance in information search, referencing and academic writing at a distance, for example via the Meeting tool Zoom. You can book an individual guidance with our librarians at our webpage.
Staff and students, as always, have access to the library's e-resources from home.
Several providers and databases offer all or part of their content for free in the coming weeks. Read more about this on our page about temporary extended access to e-resources.
