As a student, you can also borrow study materials
As a student, you can borrow more than literature from the library, such as mobile phone chargers, headphones, whiteboard kits and access to resource room.
To borrow the following, you need to be a student at University West.
Borrow
At the library's lending desk, you can use your library account to borrow:
- Whiteboard kit (four markers in different colors and an eraser)
- Laptop with charger
- Headphones
- Portable battery with charging cable for iPhone, miniUSB, etc.
- 360 degree camera + tripod
- Dictaphone
- Mini camera for video blog/podcast/teaching
- Memory card for podstudio recordings
- Tripod stand for mobile phones
- Box of Lego
Loan periods
You can borrow most of our material during the day, which means that it must be returned before the library closes for the day.
For the equipment where we have longer loan periods than day loans, such as dictaphones and cameras, you can borrow the equipment for two weeks, as well as renew the loan twice (if no one is in queue for it). You can also reserve the equipment by searching for "diktafon" or "kamera" in the library search.
Overdue material has the same rules as our literature loans.
