The public is also welcome to use the library and its resources. Read more about how to get to the university, information about parking, etc.
What's in the library?
In the library premises you will find everything from study areas (both for groups and individuals), quiet work areas, printers, computers, elevators, etc. Toilets are available at the group rooms outside the library premises, at D2. You can also see the library map of our two floors to locate our resources.
In addition to our fixed computer locations, there are also computers for Swedish newspapers and audiovisual media as well as printers for printing and copying.
Most of the books in the library are non-fiction books
Unlike fiction books, non-fiction are often written with a topic in focus where references to the subject are included.
In addition to our literature, there are also newspapers from the local area and various different trade journals and magazines. You can also borrow study materials such as whiteboard pens and power banks.
Study visits and lectures
If you want to make a study visit with a tour of the library and/or information about our activities, you are welcome to contact us.
For students in Swedish upper secondary school and adult education/learning centres, we offer lectures including workshops in information retrieval and source criticism.
Sometimes nailings and book releases are arranged in the library's premises.
